1) It is always better to get started in this business if you already have a market.   May we suggest that you improve your market share by outsourcing diapers first. This way you can learn more about the market and, at the same time, you reduce the risk of investing in a new adventure that is very capital intensive.  Please understand that I do not make or sell any diapers.
